These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for purchasing products from our website www.zeptea.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm your agreement to abide by these terms.

www.zeptea.com is owned and operated by Godlix Morning Hope, a company headquartered in New Delhi, India. Our registered office is located at Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi – 110029

2. Placing Orders and Dispatch Policy

– Customers can place orders either online through our website or by contacting us via phone. After receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of your order. 

– Once payment is processed, you will receive a second email confirming payment receipt and shipment details. Wholesale orders may take 3–5 working days for dispatch, as products are often procured freshly. For such orders, we encourage providing advance notice. 

– We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund prior to shipment if the product is unavailable or due to any other unavoidable reason. 

3. Pricing and Payments

– Product prices are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. 

– Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of GST and shipping charges, which will be calculated and added during checkout. 

– If an incorrect price is listed due to an error, we will notify you via email or phone before confirming your order. You will have the option to either proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order. 

– Payments must be completed before dispatch through credit/debit cards. For wholesale orders within India, payments may also be made via cheque or bank transfer, with a payment window of 15 days from delivery. Late payments will incur interest charges as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

– For retail orders received before 12 p.m. IST, we aim to process and ship them the next working day. However, processing may take up to 3 working days under certain circumstances. 

– Once payment is cleared, products are dispatched within 24 hours, and delivery times within India typically range from 5–7 working days, depending on the shipping method selected. 

– CTC Tea Delivery: Due to high shipping costs, we do not deliver Black CTC Tea outside India. Customers requiring international shipping for CTC Tea can contact us for a customized quote.

5. Shelf Life and Storage Guidelines

We specialize in a variety of teas, including Black CTC Tea and other premium varieties: 

– Black CTC Tea: This product has a shelf life of 12 months

– Non-CTC Teas: Other teas, due to their high-quality packaging and vacuum sealing, have a shelf life of 24 months. 

To preserve the freshness and quality of your tea, store it in airtight containers, away from strong food odors, heat, and moisture, in a cool and dry environment. Freezing is not advised as it may compromise the tea’s quality over time. 

6. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as needed to reflect updates in our policies, business practices, or to comply with legal requirements. 

Your purchase will be governed by the terms and conditions in effect at the time of the transaction unless changes are required by law or communicated to you prior to confirming your order.
