Cancellation Policy

Refunds for order cancellations are not provided. Instead, a gift card of equivalent value will be issued for future purchases. Please note that all refunds are at the sole discretion of Godlix Morning Hope and may be adjusted under exceptional circumstances. 

Replacement Policy

To request a replacement, kindly send an email to tag@zeptea.com including the following: 

  1. A clear picture of the delivered item(s).
  2. A copy of the purchase invoice.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we do not accept product returns. However, if your concern meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above, we will arrange for a replacement.
